Candy was founded in 1946 in Monza, Italy. Today, their head office can be found in Milan.
From the very beginning, Candy’s mission was to create appliances featuring easy-to-use technologies that would simplify daily chores. In the mid 1940's the first Italian washing machine was produced and Candy also secured patents for the first dishwasher.
