About Us

Based on the Fylde Coast in Lancashire, Appliance House was established in 2008. We operate from our head office in Blackpool where we hold stock of thousands of products in our distribution centre.

Our aim was to supply quality sinks, taps, appliances and kitchen accessories at a great price. Most importantly, our mission was to provide an exceptional level of service to all our customers throughout the whole shopping experience.

This will always remain our primary focus. Every day we strive to provide an excellent service and a user friendly e-commerce journey for everyone.

We will continue to maintain our high level of service, to do this, we understand the importance of having a good knowledge of the products we sell.

All our team attend training programmes to ensure we keep up to speed with the latest appliance technology and new developments within the industry.

We are a forward thinking company, constantly evolving with the times. We now sell much more than just appliances! During 2019 we expanded our collection to include sports and fitness products, smart home tech and more.

Our product offering will continue to be chosen carefully, sourced only from high quality, innovative brands, who, like us, are passionate about what they do.

Our warehouse team work hard packing up orders to ensure they arrive to our customers in pristine condition. We use recyclable corrugated cardboard boxes and void fill paper for extra transit protection.

When you buy a new appliance from us and opt in for our recycling service we’ll happily take your old appliance away when we drop off a new shiny model. For just £20 we’ll take care of all the heavy lifting and recycle your old appliance in an environmentally friendly way.
