For maximum stability this hob is designed with two cast iron pan supports which can be easily removed when it is time to clean the hob surface.
Featuring ‘Flame Select’ you can select between 9 calibrated heat levels. Each zone offers precise control of the flame.
The front mounted sword knobs are oval in shape so they can easily be gripped and controlled even with wet hands.
