At 900mm wide the Elica Aplomb Hood removes unwanted cooking odours and steam from your kitchen with ease. It is capable of extracting up to 680m3 per hour. 

It features Mutli-d Capture Technology where fumes are sucked in from three sides of the hood for outstanding extraction results. 

Using the capacitive touch controls you can choose between 3 extraction levels. There is also a boost option which offers extra powerful extraction when you need it.

Perimeter Aspiration: 
The Multi-d Capture Technology uses an extraction method that draws air through narrow slots around the perimeter of the hood. It provides a more efficient and speedier way of capturing cooking fumes, smoke and steam during and after cooking. It can extract 680m3 per hour.

Delay Switch Off:
A smart timer will keep the hood on for a set period of time after cooking. The hood will automatically switch off. This function is ideal for removing stubborn odours after cooking, particularly useful to use after searing steak or cooking with extreme temperatures. 

Easy to Clean:
The flat surface can be wiped clean with ease. Access to the internals of the hood can be gained via the front panel. Here grease filters can be easily removed for cleaning. When it’s time to change the filter a light indicator will shine to alert you.
