Choose the right glasses and decorate with a simple garnish andthese mocktails will be guaranteed to impress your friends and family this summer.

Cucumber and Elderflower Spritzercucumber elderflower spritzer mocktail recipeThis is a lovely thirst quenching drink, best served with plenty of ice on a warmsummers day.Makes 6 glasses.Ingredients1 Cucumber1/2 bottle of alcohol free white wine (We recommend Eisberg Chardonnay - £3 fromMorrisons)200ml Elderflower Cordial2 Litres Soda WaterMethod1. Mint sprigs for garnish.2. Roughly chop the cucumber, place in a blender and add the wine andelderflower cordial. Blend well.3. Using a sieve strain the pulp mixture into a large jug, if you have lots of pulp leftin the sieve return it to the blender and repeat the process once more.4. Add 2 tbsp of the cucumber pulp from the sieve to the strained liquid.5. Add plenty of ice to a glass and fill halfway with the cucumber & elderflower mix,top up with soda water.6. Serve with mint garnish.*****Ginger Peach Bellini Mocktailginger peach bellini mocktail recipeThe combination of sweet, ripe peaches and fiery ginger mixed with a little nonalcoholic fizz is certain to be a hit, its the perfect choice for any celebration.Serves 4-6Ingredients3 Ripe peaches, peeled1/2 Inch piece Fresh ginger, peeled and chopped1 tsp Caster sugar - to taste1 Bottle of alcohol free sparkling wine (We recommend Sainsbury's Alcohol FreeSparkling Wine 75cl - £2.50/bottle)Method1. Peel and roughly chop the peaches and ginger and add to a blender, mix untilsmooth.2. Add 1 tsp sugar, mix well & taste (Add more if necessary)3. Pour 2 tbsp of the peach puree into champagne flutes.4. Gently top up each glass with alcohol free sparkling wine5. Serve and enjoy.*****Non Alcoholic Mojitonon-alcoholic mojito recipeA favourite for many; a refreshing non alcoholic cocktail. The perfect drink to beenjoyed on a long summer evening. Serves 2Ingredients1tbsp Brown sugar*Small bunch of Mint4 LimesSoda Water*Some prefer to use sugar syrup in this recipe. You could replace the sugar with 4tsps of cane syrup; you can make a good substitute by bringing 8oz of Demerarasugar to a gentle boil with 120ml water; keep refrigerated.Method1. Using a pestle and mortar or a bowl and the end of a rolling pin gently press andtwist the sugar and mint leaves together. When you smell the mint its time tostop.2. Cut 3 of the limes into wedges and add to the mix, squeeze to release the juice3. Add plenty of ice to two glasses4. Pour the lime, sugar and mint mixture into the glasses and top up with sodawater5. Serve with a wedge of lime and sprig of mint.Enjoy!*****Strawberry Margarita Mocktailstrawberry margarita mocktail recipeFor all you strawberry lovers out there this is an absolute winner. Zingy, juicy and sosimple to make.Ingredients1lb strawberries, tops removed100ml orange juice - preferably freshly squeezed.60ml freshly squeezed lime juice130ml sparkling water1 Lime, for garnishdemerara sugar or coloured sugar - for decoration.2-3 large handfuls IceServes 4Method1. Add the strawberries, orange juice, sparkling water, fresh lime juice and ice intoyour blender. Blend until mixed and slushy. Taste; if necessary add a little whitecane sugar to sweeten.2. Cut the lime into wedges or wheels and gently wipe around the rim of the glass.3. Pour the demerara sugar or coloured sugar onto a chopping board and dip therim of the glass into the sugar. The sugar will stick to the lime juice.4. Carefully pour the margarita mix into glasses, garnish with a lime wheel and astrawberry.Serve immediately.*****Banana Pina Coladabanana pin-colada mocktail recipeAn indulgent, creamy and delicious cocktail which makes you dream of lazy days onthe beach. This mocktail is a must for the holiday season.Serves 4Ingredients1 banana240ml Pineapple Juice224g Fresh pineapple (or frozen chunks)1/2 tin of coconut milk (If time, freeze into cubes before making)1 Small scoop vanilla ice-creamSmall handful of IceMethod1. Add the banana, pineapple juice, pineapple, coconut milk, ice cream and ice toyour blender. Blitz until smooth and creamy.2. Pour into glasses, garnish with pineapple wedges and a cocktail umbrella.Serve straight away.Relax and enjoy.Save
