Top Ovens For Baking Bread – Real Bread Week.

Real Bread Week is back for 2023 and we’ve been busy finding a selection of ovens that will do a fine job at baking your homemade recipes.

‘Real Bread’ is made without the use of artificial additives. Baking your own fresh loaves and bread treats at home means that not only will you know exactly what ingredients are inside in your bake, your home will be filled with the delicious scent of freshly baked bread too!

Bread Week is the annual celebration of supporting your local, independent Real Bread bakeries and baking your own bread. We have a super selection of ovens that offer special functions to help those budding bakers among us create bagels, baguettes, cottage loaves, chapattis, ciabatta or whatever real bread product you fancy, to perfection!

You’ll achieve loaves with fine, melt in the mouth crumb and a perfectly golden, chewy crust. Evenly browned baguettes and perfectly golden bagels when you bake with any of the ovens we’ve selected. Whether you prefer a combination steam oven, multifunctional single oven or a Whirlpool 6th Sense oven, you can be sure of great results.

Caple SO111 – Built In Combi Steam Oven.

The stylish Caple SO111 built in steam oven has a 40 litre capacity and an A+ energy rating. Featuring an intuitive touch control panel it is a delight to use.

Thanks to the steam technology baking bread, pastries and many other dishes can be done with finesse. Steam options include fan and steam cooking (40-100°C) plus turbo grill with steam. For the baking of bread, the fan and steam function creates a beautifully even, well risen, golden bake.

Baking bread in a combination steam oven has many advantages; your loaf will have a lovely texture plus you’ll find that your bread will prove and rise evenly.
