We’ve discovered a super re-useable smoothie pouch called the Nutri Fill It which is great for transporting and storing your smoothies. The pouches hold 300ml of liquid, they are filled from the bottom of the pack where the opening is wider which makes it really easy to fill without making a mess! The closure is very secure; to close, lay the edge of the pouch on a hard surface and run your thumb across the seal firmly. The Red Berry Smoothie; delicious and great for using up any winter berries you may have lurking in the freezer. The juiciness of the pink lady apple mixed with the sharpness of the berries blend beautifully with the banana and yogurt to create a great flavour combination.
